By downloading or using MKE CitySmart ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MKE CitySmart provides parking information, city service schedules, and community-sourced data for Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The App is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
Important: While we strive for accuracy, parking rules, street sweeping schedules, garbage pickup times, and enforcement data may change without notice. The App does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any information. Always check official signs and city resources. We are not responsible for any parking tickets, towing fees, or other consequences resulting from reliance on the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
CitySmart Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the respective store's terms and your account settings.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If you submit parking reports, enforcement sightings, or other community content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other users. Do not submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
All content, design, code, and branding in the App are owned by Dwayne Sampson. MKE CitySmart is not affiliated with or endorsed by the City of Milwaukee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKE CitySmart and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to parking tickets, towing fees, or missed city service pickups.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or our account deletion page.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
