Delete Your Account
Account & data deletion
You have the right to delete your MKE CitySmart account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1: In the App
- Open MKE CitySmart
- Go to Profile (tap your avatar or the profile icon)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: By Email
Send an email to mkeparkapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
⚠️ What gets deleted:
- Your account and login credentials
- Profile information (name, email, phone, address)
- Vehicle information
- Saved places and favorites
- Ticket history and parking data
- Community reports you've submitted
- Notification preferences
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges:
- iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Cancel your subscription before deleting your account.
