How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → MKE CitySmart → Cancel.
Android: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MKE CitySmart → Cancel.

Why am I still seeing ads after subscribing?

Try closing and reopening the app. If ads persist, tap Profile → Restore Purchases. If the issue continues, email us with a screenshot of your subscription confirmation.

How accurate is the parking data?

Our citation risk data is built from 466,000+ real Milwaukee parking citations. However, parking rules can change — always check posted signs. The app is a helpful tool, not a legal guarantee.

How do I enable street sweeping alerts?

Go to the Street Sweeping section, select your zone, and enable notifications. Make sure you've allowed push notifications for MKE CitySmart in your device settings.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account, or visit our account deletion page for detailed instructions.
