MKE CitySmart ("the App") is developed by Dwayne Sampson ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and mailing address.
Location Data: With your permission, we collect your device's location to provide parking availability, street sweeping alerts, and other location-based features. You can disable location access in your device settings.
Vehicle Information: License plate numbers, vehicle make, model, and color that you voluntarily provide for parking and permit features.
Usage Data: We collect analytics data about how you interact with the App, including screens visited, features used, and crash reports through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
Community Reports: If you submit parking reports, enforcement sightings, or other community data, that information is shared with other users.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above to operate the App, and as required by law.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase security rules to protect your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
